Furnace went out just before midnight on a weekend. Called LPH and they were really great with their after-hours service. Tried to save me money by having me check some things first, before they sent someone over, which I appreciate. The tech, Jordan, who did eventually end up coming over was very meticulous and thorough in his work. We wanted to do some Reno’s that included moving our washer and dryer as well as replace a fireplace with a modern electric insert. LPH was prompt, professional and easy to work with. They did great work and we are very pleased with the outcome!
Our water heater rusted though and we woke up this morning to water all over the floor. Called to see what the availability would be... gave quote over the ph and they were at the house with a new water heater with in a few hours. Guys were great that came to the house. These guys are by far the best plumbing business in Lloydminster. We are in a location where most of these businesses make their money from oil field. After being treated like a nobody at the majority of businesses in town I went and saw Chris and he took the time to come out to my acreage without charge to see what I required.
