We wanted to do some Reno’s that included moving our washer and dryer as well as replace a fireplace with a modern electric insert. LPH was prompt, professional and easy to work with. They did great work and we are very pleased with the outcome!
Our water heater rusted though and we woke up this morning to water all over the floor. Called to see what the availability would be... gave quote over the ph and they were at the house with a new water heater with in a few hours. Guys were great that came to the house. Thank you for getting us hot water.
These guys are by far the best plumbing business in Lloydminster. We are in a location where most of these businesses make their money from oil field. After being treated like a nobody at the majority of businesses in town I went and saw Chris and he took the time to come out to my acreage without charge to see what I required. Had Lloydminster plumbing and heating come into my shop on a quick call, dispatch was very professional, helpful and kind. The technician Ben was amazing and had the issue figured out fast. Got us up and running in a very timely manner and explained everything to us very well to prevent from happening again. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!!
Had issues with our gas fireplace and put a call in to replace the insert. They were here quickly and recommended we try and fix the existing unit. Less than a week later, Ben came and he explained and answered all my questions. He had it up and running for way less than a new insert would have cost, very happy! While here, he serviced the furnace and had recommendations for it to run more efficiently. Great service and professionalism! Will be making them my first call! Thanks Ben!
