Have very specific hard to find stuff. Had hub cap set screws I needed for my fuel rim hub caps. Had what I needed and even gave them to me for free. Great place to deal with.
Went in there today for some fine thread 3/4” bolts and was completely ignored. There was 2 guys not helping any customers and I waited probably around 3 minutes or so before they even acknowledged me. Where is the customer service?? Businesses need to smarten up and look after their customers. We are avoiding this business and recommending others do the same thing.
Very nutty
Cheap tools and poor service. I bought a perma coil thread insert kit from them and had the metal installation tool break after only using it twice, both times in plastic. Both them and the manufacturer of the kit accused me of improper use and neither would warranty the tool that broke. Not worth buying anything here. They won’t even stand behind the products they sell.
