Dr Okoha (female) is extremely dismissive and condescending. When I ask her questions to understand results or potential issues that I’m having, she gets annoyed with me for even asking. In my most recent appointment, I tried asking her if she thinks it would be worth it to come in if my issues occur again around my period and she gave a very basic response of “you’re always welcome to come in”, that’s not a response relating to the issues I’ve been having. Dr O Ukoha is a waste of time. She doesn’t listen and forces her opinion. She was very arrogant and tries to justify it by making you jump through a bunch of hoops. And after all that she doesn’t follow through. Very unprofessional and self-righteous.
