Dr. Kerlis is AMAZING and if the review was just for him it would be 5 stars without a doubt. The reception though is a whole other story. They are rude and unwilling to help over the smallest things. I was told I could call and leave a message with him as needed but reception absolutely refuses to do it. And dont even get me started on trying to transfer over medical records from another clinic. I was told to go to the 2nd floor by Dr.kerlis to get it all transfer and the lady was EXTREMELY rude and refused to do it. I ende... read more
Every doctor I have seen there has been fantastic, wait times have been average and haven’t had any trouble booking appointments!
Dr. Ukoha is truly the best Doctor I’ve ever had! She takes the time to listen and address concerns. I always leave visits feeling heard and validated and am so impressed with the level of care from everyone at this office!
