Dr. Berg was exceptional in his treatment of my small dog who was in distress with the runs. It was an emergency visit on a holiday and I was so impressed he was more than willing to see us. He treated her with kindness and compassion. He explained everything to me and even did a follow up call the following day to see how she was progressing. I was given meds with clear instructions and an outline of when things should clear up. I highly recommend him and the Lloydminster Animal Hospital.
We have always received compassionate and knowledgeable care each time we have brought animals for appointments and also in emergencies. Thank you to all the vets and staff of LAH. Special shout out to Dr. Berg, who, once again, was on call for our recent canine emergency. His knowledge, care, and compassion mean so much to us.
I absolutely love the level of care I have recieved every time I come to LAH. Each vet I have seen for both Dog and Horse has been amazing to deal with. Always so patient and thorough. I drive 1.5 hours one way to see you guys, because I know no matter what you put the animals best interest first. I can't begin to tell you how much of a relief it is to know I can rely on your team of vets in a time of need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
