Very accommodating staff are nice
This clinic/hospital has been a lifeline for all our fur babies and I would always recommend these amazing people to help any animal. Dr Newman, Dr Hall and Dr Berg have all made large efforts to help and extend our fur kids lives. They have been able to care for our animals in ways which may have required travel to the larger cities. We had a very difficult experience recently, and the team at Lloydminster Animal Hospital made it so much more manageable with their compassion and care. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were kind and supportive. Dr. Schachtel was incredibly caring and went above and beyond to help us, including arranging a home euthanasia so our dog, Neeko, could be comfortable in her own space. Yesterday we brought in a mare aborting her foal & were given a small animal vet, Dr MacDonald, who was in over her head. She said the mare had twins & that’s why she was aborting. Turned out to be a singular foal. The vet reached out to the equine vet, Dr Schactel, for assistance & was told that she wasn’t a miracle worker & would not be coming to assist.
