I want to thank the staff and Dr. Abouhamra for everything. He is very kind and knowledgeable in his profession, he helped me with my cysts, diagnosed me with endometriosis, and promptly gave me treatment options that I took my time to research on before deciding. I had a great experience in this clinic.
I was asked to come in at around 11:30 for my appointment, but unfortunately, the doctor was running late. I ended up waiting for two hours, even though I had scheduled this visit during a break from work. What made it more frustrating was that no one from the clinic informed me of the delay ahead of time. Instead, I was simply asked to keep waiting without any clear updates on when the doctor would arrive.
The female doctor doesn't have any empathy for the patients. She doesn't understand that there are questions to ask, that the patients could be anxious. She has cero touch to talk, she thinks she is dealing with animals, probably she should be better a veterinarian. Too bad we have to suck it up and get this really poor health care in Lloydminster. Sadly there are not many options available, unless you ask for a referral in Edmonton or Saskatoon, that of course will take you forever getting an appointment.

Would give zero if I could. Waited over 45 minutes for my appointment and was told there was still a few ahead of me. I understand running behind but people have jobs and other commitments. It’s dirty and unprofessional.
