Shiobahn at Lloyds table is quite possibly the worst company rep I have ever dealt with in my 30 year career as a DC in Connecticut. She is unprofessional and that's putting it mildly. Do yourself a favor and never purchase a Lloyds product ever again. There equipment is inferior in build quality and breaks often and my last order was for 2 table covers and armrest covers.
