Waste of good money and time! Not current on new laws which was detrimental to our case. Does not support, provide information, makes inappropriate comments. Hard to get in touch with him after he gets your money. A blowhard, talks about all the books he “wrote” and how he will have to “school the new judge” on family law. Does not care about the client. As new single separated female, I was taken advantage of financially by Mr Kelso. He did nothing that I asked and only refunded me $600.00.

Paid $2500.00 for Mr Kelso to complete a Civil Service Benefit after my separation. 4 weeks later I called to check on the status and he had not done anything, actually said it was too hard and that I needed another attorney that had experience in this area. He only refunded $600.00 of my money. I hired another lawyer that took care of it in one week.
