Absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Minsky and his manager. I waited over an hour for my appointment, only for Dr. Minsky to flat-out refuse to see me because I had my 4-year-old daughter with me. His excuse? He didn’t want to discuss my results in front of her. Instead of offering any real solution, both he and his manager suggested I leave my 4-year-old child alone and unsupervised in the waiting room so he could talk to me privately. no bedside manner very rude/condescending, came in may/june due to a HOSPITALS directives, they told me to come here since i was experiencing flank pain and kidney stones run in my family. he basically just kept asking why did you even come here your urine test is fine and clear etc in a very rude way and i kept repeating the hospital told me to.. he had no problem billing me for the copay though so was that not an easy 5-10 minute appointment for you? lol
Very thorough Urologist. Would recommend to my family and patients.
