Had to come back for a sciscope I had a uti and needed to rescedule my scope I had to cancell and come back another day for the sciscope. I called and nobody ever call me back . I went to an NYU doctor. No sciscope needed just medicine. Another waste of my time Dr. The staff is rude in person and on phone. Stay away.
Dr Minsky explains everything to his patients. He is very caring and experienced. From my experience, he is on target every time. Also very sincere about his profession and the families he encounters. Dr Minsky conveys warmth, care and true concern for his patients needs and their questions This is my experience with him as my doctor. God Bless Dr. Minsky & we need more doctors like him in the world!
Guy wouldn’t refill my meds because he wasn’t sure if my previous urologist prescribed my meds for the “right reasons”
DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR He was extremely unhelpful and has terrible bedside manner. I was in unbearable pain and he didn’t seem to care, he barely did anything. I didn’t get better until I saw a different doctor. Please do the same
