As building for the first time, this can be a very daunting experience. The calm experienced approach I received from Mark, made this process so much easier. Mark took the time to understand our requirements, budget and vision to then present drawings and suggestions in efficient time. There was never any issue to accommodate any changes required or explain processes from dealing with Council and Engineers.
