Dr. Lloyd and staff amazing been with him for years
I was very disappointed with Dr Lloyd. I went there to have a crown repaired. The long wait to see him was exhausting. When I was finally called back, Dr Lloyd preceded to look in my mouth and comment about how big my mouth was. The dental assistant looked horrified and I knew right then that I would NEVER return… and to make matters worse, the crown fell out before the week was out!
For over a year now I've been working with Dr.Llyods staff for my dental needs & couldn't be more grateful for these ladies & gentleman. Summer has been my go to & always happily assisting me, thank you. Dr Lloyd is soft spoken & utilizes help of an assistant. They may not answer the phone with their name but any of the ladies will be happy to help. Never had a long wait. Office is clean & never over crowded. Update- waits have gotten longer. I have been a patient here for years with me and my son >4… when we was first started things were truly amazing as each year progressed wait times were longer, attention to detail or complaints less, and just downright extreme wait times for apts or calls received to change apts to months away after already waiting months. I hate that I have gotten used to this dentist but I desperately need to find me and my son a new dentist
