Friendly technician who is efficient and thorough
A Rude and disgusting technician/Supervisor named Sylvester came to my house and said I am taking advantage of his company by calling in for a service every month. Mind you They charge my account every month whether you use the service or not. I went 6 months without calling in for a service while they charged me every month an arm and a leg. Supposedly you pay every month but you cannot use the service but only every 90 days. Sylvester was dirty, late, rude and I would never recommend this company to my enemy! And the insec... read more
