This company is a scam, I was unable to finish my application with them due to the military. They still expected me to pay 100 dollars in fees for training I never received and could never receive. I called the company that gave the training and they said it would be all refundable as long as Otto company called. I was told I would “face the consequences” by one of their employees and they have not gotten back to me since. Do not buy insurance and do not apply to this scheme.
