The best thing that I can say is that He was punctual. Right on time. I am prone to sinus infections and ear infections, and I had gone to an urgent care site a few days prior to seeing him. I had never seen an ENT doctor before and I thought maybe it was worth another opinion. The MOST horrific experience in a doctors office I have EVER had! Took 30 minutes to check in. One person working in the front. The medical assistant was nice but no vitals or questions about medical history asked. Doctor walks in seems to have a good personality but asks me a few questions about why I was there and proceeds to tell me what he doesn't think it is and I should see a neurologist. Charged me $800 for a standard wax removal procedure. Billed me for a “new doctors office visit” code which was never disclosed to me prior to treatment. When I contacted his office for clarification, I was told that “the costs could not be disclosed beforehand because they were unknown.” However, this lack of cost transparency prevented me from making an informed financial decision regarding my care. I am currently disputing the charge and absolutely do not recommend this practice.
