I have been a long-term patient of Dr. Loft. He always takes the time to thoroughly diagnose and explain to me what’s going on which puts me at ease . I never feel rushed and his diagnosis and treatment plan is always spot on. I appreciate his great care and kind bedside manner. I feel very lucky to have such a great doctor.
Excellent doctor , always on time , thorough , explains in detail what needs to be done . I have referred friends and family to Dr. Loft and all have the same positive opinion whether routine issues or surgery ( 1x ) .
The best thing that I can say is that He was punctual. Right on time. I am prone to sinus infections and ear infections, and I had gone to an urgent care site a few days prior to seeing him. I had never seen an ENT doctor before and I thought maybe it was worth another opinion. He said he didn’t see anything wrong in my earsand wanted to do a nasal endoscopy, now this part is my fault because I didn’t realize my insurance wouldn’t cover that nasal endoscopy and now I owe Optum $700 for the procedure, but this doctor told me ... read more
Dr Loft is a great doctor very personable and professional his expertise in his specialty is superb, the staff was very caring and professional as well, I highly recommend the doctor and staff, they took care of my medical issue. Thank you
The MOST horrific experience in a doctors office I have EVER had! Took 30 minutes to check in. One person working in the front. The medical assistant was nice but no vitals or questions about medical history asked. Doctor walks in seems to have a good personality but asks me a few questions about why I was there and proceeds to tell me what he doesn't think it is and I should see a neurologist.
