Excellent customer service!
Last month Ross came by to get an estimate about a fix for our dryer vent leaking. Ross was absolutely amazing! Professional, kind and knowledgeable. However, the guys who came to do the work left a mess hidden behind my dryer, and didnt seal off the old dryer vent in a way that I was comfortable with,and stated to them, while still leaving the old unused vent in my crawlspace.
