We just had three Daikin mini-splits installed in our Stowe condo. Will, Eugene and team were fantastic from start to finish. I had lots of questions, considered several options, and they were incredibly patient throughout. I’ve now had the system in place for several weeks and its performance is exceeding expectations. I highly recommend Lloyd’s for whatever services you may need!
We just had a series of heat pumps installed by Lloyd's technicians (Ethan, Avery and Martin). The techs were professional, neat and knowledgeable. All work was done to a high standard; components were level including exterior conduits and the compressor. The installed system runs as it should and is very quiet. Lloyds has been handling all our HVAC and plumbing needs for well over a decade. We have never had an issue with their work, and if we did I know they have our backs. The technician was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about my Rinnai boiler. The service tech communicated clearly and went over everything with me and my husband. We were very happy and will recommend Lloyd’s home Service to family and friends.
When the technicians Baily and Peter arrived they were courteous and friendly. They explained in detail what was wrong with our water heater and told us what our options were. They answered all our questions. They were awesome and I will call them again if we have issues with anything in the future.
