They charge a fee of $149 to come give an estimate! What a scam!
Absolute ripoff. They charge a $149 dispatch fee, which is fair - however when asked if that's included towards the cost of any work completed the phone rep gave a shifty answer. Once the technician was here (who was very professional), we were told the dispatch fee does NOT count towards the work to be performed. After being given an outrageously high quote, which would be even higher if we didn't cut open the drywall ourselves ($500 just to cut open the drywall), we politely declined.
