Horrendous customer service in recent times. I have had a policy with State Farm under this agent since 1999 starting with auto and now both auto and homeowners. I had an urgent need to update information on my homeowners policy and no one answers the phone or returns calls anymore! They used to be great, and now they’re non responsive.
