Taking my father to see this Doctor. He is actually great but the office is all over the place. We are on hold forever. My Dad has diabetes we have been trying to get his medication for over 1.5 months. This office, the insurance and pharmacy are giving us the run around. This office won’t print out paper work to give me. They’ve cancelled appointments. I ask them to give him meds the ins covers but we are just chasing our tails. I’m on hold now as we speak for over 15 mins!
Never again. First of all they don’t send appointment reminders, not through text or phone call. Had an appointment for my daughter today, they scheduled me for 12:30. I got there at 12:10 to find the office closed and the sign on their door says they close for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 Monday through Thursday and on fridays 12:00-12:30. I came back to the office at 1:30 only for the front desk to tell me “you didn’t show so we put you for a no show” I said “no I came to the office and nobody was here, the front door was open... read more
