Though this is a great facility - the opening times of the splash pool are disappointing - they are different everyday and you need to either check the website or call before going to see what time it opens. Usually they open at 11:30 am to 2pm which is too late for toddlers which this pool mainly serves and is technically lunch time. Went to this pool today paid 10 dollars for spa n sauna unfortunately the ssuna n spa wasbt that hot as expected the sauna the green light not also told one of the attendant but nope no response and paid 3.50 for my grandchild for kids pool went there n was told kids pool closing in 10 mins this was supposed to b told on the counter so that we could have not paid for kids pool so not good by the front desk admin. Not happy things need changing.
