Visited Midwest Clinic for an urgent checkup of my girl with Dr. Loius, and I was very satisfied with his professionalism and polite attitude. He made the consultation comfortable and handled everything very well. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was not pleasant. Receptionist lisa, was quite rude in her way of speaking and came across as unprofessional. Her behavior made the environment uncomfortable and felt disrespectful.
Everything was good overall, but one staff member made an unnecessary and disrespectful comment to my wife.
