I’ve used Kassabian Law for my personal will, my parents’ wills, and multiple real estate transactions. As a realtor with 23 years of experience, I’ve worked with many lawyers. When it matters most, Dan is fully engaged—keeping deals alive, being direct and honest, and advocating strongly for his clients. Based on multiple matters over several years, I would confidently recommend him.
The sale went through but thats about the extent of my positive experience. I've bought 5 homes in the last 10 years and never had an experience like this with a law firm. Communication with the firm is nearly impossible. Everything seems disorganized. The process felt like a series of unanswered emails, calls, mistakes, delays and the only thing they were happy to do was get paid. I think they operate in a quantity over quality model. Won't be back. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointing.
