Springs Edge is a great property the units are nice, 5 stars for that. 0 for the new management, it's clear the property now isn't well taken care of as like with the previous manager, brooke. The playground area is littered with trash ,empty cigarette boxes and ends, trash and broken alcohol containers in the parking lot also food and sometimes people's vomit. This is a horrible company. They should’ve stayed in Sioux Falls. They build the crappiest buildings. The materials they use are so bad. Everything completely falls apart while you are living there. They charge high dollar rent for crappy little apartments. Also, they can’t admit their mistakes. They had a rent check of mine floating around which they cashed and they kept hounding me because they didn’t apply it to my account. Michelle is super incredible and extremely professional! She is very responsive, knows the community well! We love how she even makes our dog feel just as comfortable! Her and Tyler from main do amazing work with keeping the property top notch! Very relaxed community and love the atmosphere!!
Great company with great apartments. Darin, the property manager, was great handling problems I had and was quick to fix the issue.
