This company and team are truly the best! Such a great variety of communities, knowledgeable & fun property managers and hard working maintenance techs!
Run dont walk! This company is based oof South Dakota and has gone through 3 managers in 2 years. There is a great disconnect between upper management and local talent, especially those with great expertise. If you wanna live where it takes forever for a turn, pest control or maintenance request then rent here. I for one say ease on fown, down the road Dorothy. They are a poot choice!
Touted Blur Ridge Commons last werk and was totally dismayed. Their list of amenities clearly do not match the internal offerings of the units themselves. Perhaps an educational class at des moines area community college in the use of vernacular would be in store for their marketing division. Craftsmanship and cleanliness definitely have no appeal here under Lloyd companies as it did with Knapp. I hung around and spoke to a couple of residents in the parking lot and they are definitely looking forward to not signing a renewa... read more
