It was my first visit to this salon, and I was totally disappointed. Let me explain why. First of all, the hairdresser with bleached hair (idk her actual name) was cutting my hair, but she kept walking away in the middle of the haircut without saying anything, which shows poor customer service. Secondly, the female hairdresser next to me was cutting another kid’s hair, and because of her poor English skills, I could see the kid was frustrated several times.
