We had our 8 year old Maine Coon in to see Dr. Mallock today. The Vet Tech was well informed and polite. Dr. Mallock was super nice and very thorough. Kammie was relaxed with them handeling her. Really great visit! Thank You!

My Cat was throwing up. Was not dehydrated. They did so many unnecessary tests. They racked up a very large bill. They told me some test wouldn’t be done if other test came out negative. But yet they still ran those test they said they weren’t going to. Never found anything wrong with her. Only gave 2 nausea pills, which was 4 doses. When I questioned the bill they took me away from the counter and put me in a room to speak to the manager. They humiliated me! Also caused me great anxiety on the cost of the bill. The entire staff at Lloyds is amazing! They not only take care of your fur babies, they understand how important they are to you! Compassionate and caring! My dog is currently under care for lymphoma, and is in remission, thanks to Dr Mallock!
They are ALWAYS there for my crew of 7 felines. They show care and concern at all times. Never rushed thru an appointment. All options are always put on the table.
Vets are caring and know what they are talking about when it comes to illness with your pet.
