So very disappointed in VCA Lloyds. A vast change from when it was privately owned. Have been a Lloyds customer for more than 20yrs. Really appreciated Dr. Buffman before he sold out to VCA. Great vet! Not sure why his picture is still on your site. Dr. Clark is also a great vet. But now there is no customer service. Had to take my dog to another vet for vaccines, VCA could not give me an appointment before I needed to travel for an emergency.
