So very disappointed in VCA Lloyds. A vast change from when it was privately owned. Have been a Lloyds customer for more than 20yrs. Really appreciated Dr. Buffman before he sold out to VCA. Great vet! Not sure why his picture is still on your site. Dr. Clark is also a great vet. But now there is no customer service. Had to take my dog to another vet for vaccines, VCA could not give me an appointment before I needed to travel for an emergency. RecommendedWe had to put our precious 14 year old puppy girl down last Friday and after calling MULTIPLE places all day with no luck (unless we wanted to hand her over and she would be alone and then get her back) Dr.Chris was so kind to stay late to help our poor girl. compassionate and kind arent even enough to explain how all the staff were during this hard time for us. my dog is a patient there . I lost another dog . got another dog they won't see her due to pandemic really I want 1 vet not to run around to 2 different vets. I'm very disappointed
They are SO wonderful there especially with my chihuahua who is difficult to say the least. They are kind and caring and take their time with all my questions. My dog had to have dental surgery to remove multiple teeth during the pandemic. They took him in, even though he wants to leave the second he smells the place. They called me and let me know when he was done and the vet called me and chatted with me when she had time later. A few years ago my family brought our sick cat to Lloyd’s. They offered us no testing, blood work, anything. They said there was nothing they could do to help her and that our only option was to put her down. It was devastating and, the entire time my family was trying to spend those final moments with our cat, staff kept coming in and interrupting to ask about payment. I cannot day enough about them. My dog was sick for a couple weeks during this pandemic. They were so organized about it and catered to our every need. We ended up having to send our little Prince to heaven and they definitely made it a little easier for us. Thank you much. Stay safe.
I cannot say enough about Lloyds. They have gone above and beyond for both me and the organization I foster through. I recently became the foster of a diabetic dog and had to learn about insulin and glucose levels very quickly. Not only have they answered all my questions, explained everything so thoroughly, and helped to demo injections, but they truly love and care about my pup.
