This has to do with ARNOT HEALTH in Elmira! ( not the dr who left their idiotic facility!) Tried several times just to get an initial consultation and no one answering the phones knew what they were doing!! Good luck!

Always explains test results in terms I can understand. Very friendly and cares about what is needed to help me with less pain. Since covid started she hasn't been in the office so been hard to be seen by her.
Everything is well-explained. Tha staff and doctor are cordial and knowledgeable.
Dr. Llinas-Lux is friendly and courteous. She listens to me. Her staff are also courteous and friendly. I would recommend this office 2 others.
