We had a fantastic experience at LLG Jewelers. Stones kept coming loose on my engagement ring and one finally fell out. We went here to get a replacement stone, and they offered to fix the setting so stones would not get loose anymore in addition to replacing the missing stone. He showed us exactly how the new setting would look with the improvements, and even called our insurance directly to work out pricing on our behalf. My chain had kept breaking. He was able to give me a new chain and exchange my other. Necklace and charm came out great. Very reasonably priced. I would only go here.
Went out of my way to get here because the wrong hours were posted online, it is not open on Sundays
I came in with a custom job for a ring. The staff here are very professional working with me every step of the way while providing updates as requested. The ring came out PERFECT and I will continue to come here for any future projects. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for high quality work and exceptional customer service.
