I'm reading all these reviews as I'm backed into the dock getting unloaded. No one at this building was rude or disrespectful, and they are patient for you to back into the dock. The only thing bringing it down to three stars for me is the surroundings. It is a tight backing off a side street. Also, I had to ring the doorbell 5 times and the last time I just kept my finger on it. I wouldn't say no one ever go here, I just want to say, mind your manners and they'll mind theirs.

((((WARNING )))) READ IT BEFORE COMING HERE Delivery at dock 5-6 . There is one big guy at receiving has too much attitude. “Had a bad experience at this location during my delivery this morning. One guy was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, making the process unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope the management takes action to address this behavior.” NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

This is the route I took to LLFLEX and had no issues. I64 to exit 4 (9th St) to Oak Ave exit-right turn onto Oak- left onto 12th-right onto St Louis-left onto 13th-left onto Burnett-left onto 12th. Docks will be on the left and you'll be set up for a sight side back. Hardly any traffic once you get off onto Oak St so shouldn't have problems making those turns. I was a bit nervous about coming here but it's not so bad. Hope this helps.
