Never a problem for me at at Llewellyns. I think the staff is well trained, competent and will do anything to accomodate a reasonable request.
I had a double mastectomy and am eligible for 6 bras every year. Got 2 last year, NONE this year. And it's October already. Fitter never calls me back. Have called and called. Ranted to person who answered phone and apologized. She said boss doesn't like to pay for something he doesn't have in advance. My insurance pays promptly so he shouldn't worry. I am totally disgusted with them.
Love this place, local people truly trying to help.
Quite literally the poorest customer service I have ever had to deal with. They took it upon themselves to order my son a new wheelchair without an evaluation or even basic measurements and when I questioned them about who took it upon themselves to order a chair without speaking with myself or my sons father on what we wanted or what he’s had previously or what supports he may need on the wheelchair quite literally nobody could give me an answer.
