Not very pleasant on phone.
Great family-owned pharmacy. They are so helpful. You can't even imagine. I've been going to them for 30 years and I will never go anywhere else unless they close...
This pharmacy is a disgrace!! My Father received a medical scooter and 14 months ago and with a month it was failing to stay charged. I called once a month for a year and the owner "Gary" had an excuse every time for not coming out to correct check out the issue. I filed a complaint with the insurance company and Gary never got back to them either, so they closed the claim. My Father is bed bound and now the scooter doesn't last 5 minutes on. Gary still hasn't come out to check the device after promising last month to do so.... read more
Never a problem for me at at Llewellyns. I think the staff is well trained, competent and will do anything to accomodate a reasonable request.
I had a double mastectomy and am eligible for 6 bras every year. Got 2 last year, NONE this year. And it's October already. Fitter never calls me back. Have called and called. Ranted to person who answered phone and apologized. She said boss doesn't like to pay for something he doesn't have in advance. My insurance pays promptly so he shouldn't worry. I am totally disgusted with them.
