I worked here and the owner John never paid me. I asked him repeatedly to let me know a time when I could come get my check and he ignored me through text messages and calls. I finally filed a complaint with the Tx Labor Board after getting no response from him. Luckily I have text messages from him showing the days I worked as well as him saying he agreed he owes me money. Encountered Joe on 1488 driving one of their work trucks extremely dangerously. How do I know his name? Because at the next stoplight, he opened his door to scream it at me when he realized I was documenting his driving. Terrible way to represent your company and Magnolia.

John was very easy to work with to clear our lot and build our pad. His crew worked quickly and came in on budget. I recommend Llewellyn's for any dirt work needs you may have.

Llewellyn's Construction did an outstanding job redoing the drainage on our farm, including digging two ponds, raising our pastures 4", regrading them, and putting in some horse trails. The equipment operators and other employees were always courteous, helpful, and knew what they were doing. Llewellyn's Construction had all the right equipment to bring to bear on the project and if a piece equipment broke down which sometimes happen, they have their own in house mechanic who could come out and make repairs saving time. We recently utilized Llewellyn’s Construction to perform the following services on our future Home site in the Crown Ranch Subdivision. Install culverts, construction drive, rough grade the lots sloped rear area, prepare and compact the house pad soil. We found the Llewellyn team to be very responsive, knowledgeable and professional during each phase of the work. I wouldn’t hestitate to utilize the Llewellyn Team for any future site work.
