Jo Johnston was the Sales Rep that took care of my purchase of second-hand Rav4. He is a young gun and clearly has a grasp of all the ins and outs of the sales process. I bought the car knowing it needed a minor but necessary repair and they have followed up with speedy approval to get the job done closer to my home at the Toyota down here, very happy with that service. I recommend Jo and the work and energy he puts into his role.
Recently had a fantastic experience with buying a 2025 vehicle from Stanley. He gave accurate timelines with delivery and availability, upgrade options and deals and always followed up promptly if timelines changed (which made the vehicle earlier for pickup and helped beat traffic). He even gave practical demonstrations of vehicle features and explained how to best charge the EV.
