Very bad experience, seems like it’s just excuses after excuses. Just recently picked up our new car and nothing has even been finalised 2 weeks after collection.
Today I took delivery of a Hyundai Kona. I found the guys at the Hyundai Ipswich to be helpful, polite and friendly. The sales consultant was Matthew McNamee and from the first visit through to the sale he was a true professional. Thank you A+.
Matt was really pleasant, patient, and never once pushed us into making a decision.
