I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership/service center. During a routine service, I clearly told them that my car’s door handle was loose and could easily come off. The staff said they didn’t have time to check it that day and asked me to book another appointment. I ended up driving over 70 km round trip just to have the door handle and wipers inspected.
