Walked into the LIewellyn Haval dealership this morning. They were having a sales meeting, so they all but dismissed my presence. I had a sit in a Haval Jolion while I waited for them to finish. Still no service. Thought I go to the toilet and noticed another Jolion on the lower floor, I thought I'd check it out. At that point a young salesman came rushing out shouting at me as if I was some sort of criminal. Saying "not to touch it" as it was a new car delivery. I utilize the servicing department for my 2021 GWM Cannon X - Have been through a few warranty claims (nothing major - its a great value for money ute and I have done 115,000km) - and Simon one of the service managers has been incredibly helpful, clear communication and ensured the warranty claims process was smooth. Other customer service team members have been really helpful and lovely when booking and picking up the car too.
