Fantastic customer service, still waiting for a drive of an F150 that is constantly on stop sale and stop drive, been waiting for a call since 2023 for the F150. I had to go in this morning and get a part replaced on my car and the mechanic/manager came out and explained to me why things had to take as long as they did and I really appreciated him taking the time to do that. Mechanics have a bad rap for trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes or do dodgy things and this guy was the complete opposite. Legend.
Tony Holden was by far the most easy person to deal with. Nothing a problem and deal done and driven out with new car in 2 days.
