I’m quite disappointed with the service here. The staff showed a poor attitude towards customers, which made the experience unpleasant. The yoghurt ice cream also didn’t taste like yoghurt at all, which feels like a compromise on quality (偷工减料). On top of that, the sauce and toppings were noticeably less generous compared to the outlet at KB Mall, Kelantan. Overall, not up to expectations.
