I had bloods taken and rang the receptionist to check the results. She said they're were fine . Not exactly sure what she checked because they doctor rang later that day to advise I was low on iron. Aside from that I've found the receptionists to be exceedingly rude whenever I've been in there. I also turned up once early to book an appointment within the designated time to book and the receptionist told me I had to ring rather than just booking when I was physically there... completely absurd Update 1st October. Eryl surgery have been nothing but helpful managing multiple health concerns over the past year. Special mention to Dr Pearson, Dr Procter and Dr Martin all of whom have shown kindness, professionalism and understanding throughout. I would recommend all 3 doctors from my experiences with them! Consult system also works really well and I always manage to get an appointment when required.
Absolutely shocking! My 86 year old father fell scrapped his arm,dressed it the best he could last night.This morning when he woke the arm was bleeding through the dressing.He went to the surgery around 9.40 to ask if someone could take a look and dress it for him ,as he is on blood thinners.There was no one in the surgery apart from the receptionist who told him there was no availability! and there was nothing they could do,told him to ring 101and sent him away!
