Went to this place a 6 months ago dealt with an older gentleman, tire had a nail he said he couldn't fix it due to low thread and tried to sell me a set of tires (tires still had 7.5/32nds thread left) I left got it fixed elsewhere. 2 weeks ago went back to get 2 tires swapped out it was Saturday at 2pm he was closing and told me to come back the next day.
