We just received impeccable service and pricing from the crew at Llantera. You never know what to expect from a used tire shop, but these guys truly take care of you. They have you pull right into the bay because you really do not need to go anywhere else. We worked with Johnathon, and he not only gave us a great deal but went above and beyond by making sure we had a solid spare in the trunk and even rethreaded the spokes. We will absolutely continue coming here moving forward.
Very disappointed. Last time I was here they gave me a really good price and the service was very good. However, they got me this time. Quoted me a used tire and a repair. (Quite a bit higher than last time.) Then, when the old tires were off, the the other guy came to renegotiate because they didn't have a used tire in my size. So, now it's a new tire at double the price. No apologies, no nothing. Just, "this it it." I have my daughters with me, so of course they knew that I wouldn't ask to put the bad tire back on the car ... read more
