Absolutely vile and shocking! They called themselves a health centre!! Impossible to get an appointment, if you do you are just thrown at Cardiff royal infirmary whereby they rush you in and out. The receptionists are vile and rude to say the least. Be prepared if you come across someone called Debby rude mouthed, obnoxious with major chip on her shoulder. Would cut you off mud conversation and treat you like a dog And oh another trick they play on unsuspecting patient, would ring and then cut you off to record it as a call ... read more
