I was driving to New Mexico from Austin when my clutch gave out about 30 miles from Llano. I called Llano Station and asked if they could help—they said yes, and they meant it. They got the part ordered that day, and had me back on the road in less than 48 hours. Artie was a saint—he went above and beyond to drive me to a local motel and even came back to drop off a pillow I had left in my car. They were straightforward, communicative, honest, and efficient. We were traveling from Colorado Springs to San Antonio via New Mexico. Our van stopped working when we reached Llano. Thank God it happened close to the auto shop. They replaced the battery at a reasonable price, and we continued our journey. I commend them for their excellent service!!
My tire popped in the middle of the road late at night(11pm/12am) road assistance wasn’t helping me out and giving me a hard time, thankfully the owner of this shop was passing by and did a whole turn just to help me out. he went back to his shop just to get the materials just to help me out. less than 15 to go and get back on the road. amazing owner and shop!
We are not from the Llano Tx area. This is on a Sunday midday in hot July. We were towing our 20ft boat on trailer to lake Buchanan. Arriving close to Llano our right wheel with tire broke off the trailer and flew across the road.. We called the Llano county sheriff who sent a city of Llano police officer out who was exceptional in his traffic direction and control and working with people.
