My two daughters and two of their friends were traveling back to Austin from Fredericksburg today when my daughter's car suddenly decelerated and they were barely able to limp it to The closest shop which just happened to be llano station Auto repair. As a mom who knows how expensive car repairs can be I was really grateful that they treated them fairly and honestly and had them back on the road in a little over an hour! Wow, this place amazed me. My sister's car stopped accelerating on our drive home. We found this place and they were so efficient with the diagnostic process and thankfully it was a quick fix. Big shout out to Arty at the front desk!
Amazing customer service, the guys worked overtime to get my truck fixed. Thanks a gazillion! highly recommended.
They have an employee named Kelly. He is extremely disrespectful, and incompetent. After having a battery replaced, we had contacted them asking why our battery sheilds were thrown away. No response. Asked again, and while never replying, blocked our email address. Then, when we retyurn for another repair, he refused servicew, saying we were going to "run them into the ground" and ironically none of it had been made public, until now.
