Update from owner's response: What owner replied is correct, however, nothing was done to window at all. This is not an issue on waiting for parts. When I got to my car the window was down. Nothing done as stated before and handed a broken key fob that was not before. There was even a large roll of duct tape in back. If they had even attempted to do what they said they would or placed what i had back, there wouldnt be a review just for the fob. Fob or vehicle gave no low battery signal before. Back passenger window kept sliding down. Took my car in here and went into detail about the window. Also mentioned sound coming from engine. Was told the car wouldn't start so they replaced the battery in the fob. Weird because I just drove in but ok. The cost of the window would be around $500. Front wheel assembly had to be replaced. Chose to do that and lay off the window for now. They said they could use a shimmy and duct tape it to stay up for now. Ok I told them.
