After several attempts to repair a leak in skylight, I called Llano. They were very good meeting me, explaining with little pressure. They repaired it in about one day. After several hard rains that had been a problem for years, we were fine and I got a discount from insurance to boot. They are responsive and easy to work with.
They did an amazing job. Got the job done quickly. They were very professional. I definitely recommend them! Clay Potter took care of everything for us. He made the process easy.
Make a phone call and Clay is there. Prompt and thorough service. Clay hopped on a roof of a home we were looking to purchase and found a leak that we were unaware of. Pinpointed the exact corner the roof leak was coming from before seeing the internal damage. Llano knows what to they’re doing. Highly recommend.
After being let down by previous roofer and our insurance company Poor workmanship and lack of care by our insurance left our roof and trust beyond damaged.
