Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone just now with an emergency query and she was so helpful and although they couldn't help she gave ne all the information I needed to continue with my enquiries Thank you Llanishen MOT going the extra mile really helped x
They fit me in despite availability issues to accommodate when my MOT was up, took my car in at 07:00 in the morning, kept me informed with the work it needed and the cost, completed it in less than 2 days, gave me a fair price, and dropped my car home for me. Very pleased. Karen in reception is lovely.
Been here lots of times and all the staff have always been fantastic, polite and managed to squeeze me in today at short notice. They've gone above and beyond everytime ive been and I would never go anywhere else as I trust these guys 100% Thanks Guys! -Lew
