Had an exhaust issue today. Found on google. Was told to come in and it would be looked at straight away. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. The garage is well run and organised and my issue was resolved within an hour of the initial call. Can’t rate them highly enough.
Had an MOT with these a few months ago. Couldn't fix my car and said I had to go on eBay and look for a part. I was told (the year before) this part would be ready for me as the person who dealt with me said it would be there. Instead, they told me I made that up, go find it on eBay instead "What if I buy the wrong item?" I asked and The receptionist couldn't care less "That's the risk you take" she said back. Paid over £400 for a service, left with an oil leak, returned on the same day, plugged the oil leak with a clip. Week later engine smoking, MOT due , advised to book early MOT, told the smoke issue would be sorted at the same time. Failed MOT, due to an oil and fuel leak, balding tyre on Thursday. No replacement oil pipe until Monday, not fitted until Tuesday. Collect MOT certificate, no advisories, happy days. Start driving car, smoke coming out of engine and exhaust instantly.
