Can't see a doctor when you need, cannot get a nurse for 76 year old patient. Has really gone downhill
Excellent service rang for advice re water infection and guided to the pharmacy. Why is this service not available in the England with the pharmacy providing such a service. Receptionist was polite and efficient. Thank you

The doctors and sisters are fantastic but it’s such a shame about the reception staff being so rude.
