Kia had a recall on my car so I phoned and booked here as it was my closest! Was told it would be an hour to fix, arrived and was again told that it would be an hour. Didn’t hear anything as they said they’d phone but an hour and 30 minutes after my appointment my car was still where I parked it so quickly popped the shop and went back for my car thinking it would be done as it had now been two hours. Took out Kia for a service, told us there was an issue with a part, would be £90 to fix but would need to order it in, got the printed summary. By the time we got home they had sent the summary on email and changed the part to one that would cost £300 to fix. I called to query, without even taking any details they said the more expensive part would be correct. Got the car checked at another garage and neither of the parts needed fixed, so I was as lucky they didn't have it in stock!. The fan has also been noisy since the ser... read more
