Recent experience of the Hospitals Blood tests dept., next to main Reception area once again not a positive one! All other departments I’ve attended are great, efficient and helpful, eg. Physiotherapy, ECG. But seriously think the Department referred to above (phlebotomy) really should look at improving, self-assessing their nurses’s attitudes to patients, especially on arrival.
