Now I understand why LL7 has all of these 5 Star reviews! I have owned, and ridden, motorcycles for over fifty years. I rode year-round in, and around, D.C. until I was thirty. Never in that time have I ever had anybody as nice, efficient, and professional as Casey at LL7 work on any bike I have owned. I don’t know how much longer I will be riding motorcycles, but I am sure of one thing… If LL7 is in operation, that’s the only shop that will be working on any bike I own.
I'm mechanically inclined and work on nearly all of my bikes, boats and cars myself, but sometimes the job is outside of my expertise. My 20 year old Ducati ST4s falls into that category. It needed a comprehensive tune-up that was very complicated. Casey at LL7, a factory-trained Ducati mechanic, came highly recommended, and after talking to him on the phone for awhile, I came to realize he's a highly experienced professional who could do the job as well as anyone...and no b.s.
