I was very sore and shoulders and neck were hurting for weeks, due to Army training. After my session I had much better range of motion and next day less sore. I had a great work out next day in the gym. Deep muscle message hurts so good. Lucy knows what she is doing. Lucy also showed me some stretches to do on my own. I will go back very soon.
The best massage around. She gets out all the knots and stress. She’s excellent.
