Professional and friendly
We visit 3 orthodontics for my kids bites problems. The people here are very professional and helpful, they tell you what would happen and and never over pushed.
I loved L&L professional manner.
On a previous visit, we were told to reschedule after arriving 10 minutes late due to traffic. On other occasions, patients who arrived 20 minutes late were allowed in. It feels inconsiderate, as we make a point to respect appointment times and adjust our schedules accordingly, even taking time off work to attend. It would be helpful if the process could be more consistent and fair for all patients.
Been a dentist referring patients to L&L orthotics for about a decade and now my daughter is being treated by Dr Lavrin who is a very experienced ,knowledgeable and caring orthodontist. Over the past few years, I have also heard lots of positive feedback about being treated at L&L orthodontics from my patients . The staff are very friendly and the environment and set up is very professional. Highly recommended.
