I am very happy with the results from my Invisalign, however the wait times for your appointment are ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment which threw my whole days schedule off and I ended up missing other appointments in my day. It’s frustrating when you get there at the time of your appointment and you have to wait so long. I understand things can run over but the clinic shouldn’t be booking in that many appointments in a day, because this has consistently happened to me.
I cannot speak highly enough of L & L Orthodontics. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism and a level of care that truly stands out. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive and patient.
