I have to say up until recently I didn’t even know this place existed! My water heater went out and they were kind enough to fit me in for a new one the next day, but wait just when I thought things couldn’t possibly get better they sent Kaleb! He was very nice, explained things, went though everything and answered all my questions!!! Next time I know where to go without a doubt!!!

BEWARE of poor service. Jay Felber and these guys were hired to do a job which they did not fix and ended up costing us more money in the fall of 2023. Much better businesses to hire, shop around. We have seen better work from amateurs.

We had an issue with our mini split HVAC system due to a bad flange fitting install. L&L was able to replace the flange fitting and get the system operating efficiently again. Due to previous issues with a warranty repair, there was a disagreement on responsibility for the repair. We ultimately were able to come to an agreement we could both live with. Also, ownership has good training and quality control of the work their technicians perform.
