Received "service" for a leaking toilet. Company sent a grossly underqualified individual who spent > 2 hours in the bathroom, mostly on their smartphone. Sent a second tech, this one much more experienced than the first. This tech used a seal that worked for several days and then continued to leak again. Found out this particular seal was part of a lawsuit in 2021 due to being a faulty design causing persistent leaking for a multitude of customers. My water main shut off valve failed, and the team atL and L Mechanicalresponded immediately. Jay Felber was fantastic; he arrived quicky with the expertise to solve the problem. He explained everything clearly, and left the area clean. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

L & L Mechanical put in a few heaters for us. They were very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. That was greatly appreciated as we were trying to get our own projects done as they worked.
