Highly recommend L&L! I had a vision for pearl earrings for my wedding and wanted to utilize some diamonds from another jewelry piece in the design. Abraham took me through various design options, had me return back to approve the pearls he sourced, and was able to finalize the earrings in a matter of weeks! The team is very friendly and I’m so happy I’ve found a jeweler I trust.
Communication was poor, and the repair took much longer than promised. The band still has marks, and it’s nowhere near the original quality.
The ring was returned in worse condition than expected. The finish is uneven, and the indentation is still visible. Never coming back here.
The shop did not repair my ring properly, and I can still see the break clearly. Very unprofessional work. Would not recommend.
. I trusted them with something precious, but the repair looks rushed and cheap. I’m very disappointed with the outcome.
