Whether it’s a new installation or repairs, Lou doesn’t stop until the job is done, and done right! I have an older system, and after a few repairs and adjustments Lou has made in the last couple years, it’s running as well as it did when it was installed, maybe better! Complete customer satisfaction!

James installed our sprinklers at our residence in Framingham a month ago. We made several calls to multiple companies in which never even returned our phone calls. In this uncertain time I would think businesses would be eager for work. Once reaching James he was efficient in quick response. James came today to fix the sprinkler system. He did a great job and this means my lawn will be saved. I want to recommend James for his professionalism, explanation of how to operate the system and his friendliness. Just so happens he is a neighbor and he made sure to mention that anytime I could call and he would come over and take care of any problems.
